The ‘School of Seaweed’ event, where participants will make their own nori bento, will take place on 14 November (Sat) in the kitchen at Fujisawa Civic Center in Honcho. It is hosted by the Kotani Seminar at Nihon University’s College of Bioresource Sciences.
