A huge sweet potato dug up: Yu and Kiyoko Ichikawa's 'Beni Azuma' in Ishikawa

A sweet potato measuring 40 centimeters long and weighing about 5 kilograms was harvested on Yu and Kiyoko Ichikawa's farm in Ishikawa.
The sweet potato was harvested from the farm run by farmers Yu Ichikawa, 86, and Kiyoko Ichikawa, 80. It is the ‘Beni Azuma’ variety, described as having a fluffy texture.
