Oiso-Made Rice Shochu Returns, Made Entirely from Harumi Rice for a Rich Flavor

The shochu 'Harumi,' made entirely from Oiso-grown rice, went on sale in Oiso Town in October.
‘Harumi’ is a full-bodied honkaku shochu made with 100% rice from Oiso. About 950 bottles produced around five years ago sold out after receiving a favorable response.
