Jorakuji to hold 500-year-old memorial service, with rakugo in main hall for the first time

Jorakuji will hold the Jūya memorial service, observed in the Jōdo sect for more than 500 years, on 19 October (Mon). The temple will also mark the occasion as a special viewing day, and rakugo will be held in its main hall for the first time.
