On 11 October, an unauthorized party accessed a system used by Yokosuka City to distribute disaster prevention and crime prevention emails.
Yokosuka City said on 13 October that ‘Speecan Raiden,’ the distribution system used for services including ‘Yokosuka City Disaster Information Email’ and ‘Crime Prevention and Safety Email,’ was accessed without authorization by a third party on 11 October.
