Escalator added inside Odakyu Fujisawa Station gates, with hopes of easing congestion

A new escalator was installed on the 3rd inside the ticket gates at Odakyu Fujisawa Station in Fujisawa.
The station, on the Odakyu Enoshima Line, serves about 160,000 passengers a day. The escalator is part of a station redevelopment project by Fujisawa City and Odakyu Electric Railway Co., Ltd., based in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
