Hiratsuka City Bestows Honorary Citizenship on Late Yohei Kono, Fourth Recipient in 43 Years

With Hiratsuka City Assembly approval, the honorary citizen title was bestowed on the late Yohei Kono, a former House of Representatives member. He was the fourth recipient, and the first since Kenzo Kono in 1983, 43 years ago.
