Fujisawa Indigo Ice Cream: Shonan Fujisawa LC Grows the Indigo, Tama University Students Devise the Gelato

The student group ‘sea side link’ at Tama University’s Shonan Campus devised a new ice cream called ‘Aicha Gelato’ using indigo from Fujisawa. It reuses stems discarded during the indigo-dyeing process.
