The 21st graduation ceremony for the correspondence course at Shonan Beauty College, a hair stylist training school in Akashicho, Hiratsuka, was held on 9 September at Hirashin Hiratsuka Cultural Arts Hall. The school is also known as SBC and is headed by principal Takao Ide.
