Zushi Iwado-ji opens doors after 12 years for hidden 'Juichimen Kannon' display

Iwado-ji, an old temple in Hisagi, Zushi, known as the second station on the Bando Thirty-Three Kannon pilgrimage, held a rare once-every-12-years event this autumn. From 18 September, the temple began publicly showing the usually hidden ‘Juichimen Kannon’ statue.
