Tadayuki Kondo, 48, of Kawasaki, is the leader of the Fujisawa SL Shonendan, which carries out preservation activities for the ‘Shiokaze’ steam locomotive in Yatsube Park. He has been involved with the train since first seeing it in first grade about 40 years ago and focuses on preservation work and a monthly mini steam locomotive experience for children.
