Shizuka Hasegawa, 81, a resident of Sakurayama in Zushi City, is chairing the ‘Orange Festival’. The event brings together three scattered local orange cafes (dementia cafes) to jointly hold activities aimed at deepening understanding of dementia and creating a town that learns and supports one another in an enjoyable way.
