Traffic accidents: legal speed limit lowered from 60 km/h to 30 km/h on residential streets

From 1 September the legal speed limit for automobiles on residential streets was lowered from 60 km/h to 30 km/h. Residential streets are described as roads without center lines, mainly used for local residents’ daily life.
