Prefecture begins preliminary design work to attract Shinkansen station

Kanagawa Prefecture said it has started an effort to attract a Tokaido Shinkansen station to the Kurami area of Samukawa Town, including an economic ripple-effect estimation study and a preliminary design covering the station’s structure and layout.
