Yokosuka Unveils Disaster-Response Kitchen and Toilet Vehicles

Yokosuka City introduced a disaster-response kitchen car and toilet car to boost local resilience against increasingly frequent large earthquakes and record rainfall. The vehicles are intended to provide hot meals and sanitary facilities at evacuation sites when normal infrastructure is disrupted.
