Toward a More Open Council: Interview with Chair Shingo Hinata

Shingo Hinata was chosen as chair following the chair and vice-chair elections at the Kamakura City Council special session held on August 20. The Town News Kamakura editorial team interviewed him ahead of the September regular session that began on September 2.
