The ninth Koshiba TOTO Festival, organized by active local fishermen, takes place September 19 (Saturday) through September 22 (Tuesday) at the plaza next to the Shonan Fisheries Cooperative Koshiba branch. The event is open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with shorter hours on the final day. Visitors can enjoy a variety of freshly caught seafood prepared and sold by the fishermen themselves.
