Samukawa Town ran an internal workshop called “Samukawa Virtual Town Citizen Meeting” to explore reorganizing public facilities. The town collaborated with major ad agency Hakuhodo to use generative AI to create and converse with “virtual citizens,” simulating resident opinions and perspectives.
