Hands-on Soba-Making Experience at Umikaze Terrace on October 17

Participants will knead soba flour, roll and cut the noodles, and boil them to taste the distinct flavor. The instructor is active as an “Edo Sobalier” and will teach authentic techniques. The event is billed as an opportunity to enjoy the special aroma and taste of freshly made soba.
