Katase Resident Hiroto Miura Places 5th in High School Nationals Shot Put with Personal Best 16.44m

Miura Hiroto, a second-year student at Tokyo High School who lives in Katase, advanced to the final of the boys’ shot put at the National High School Comprehensive Athletic Meet (Inter-High) held in Shiga Prefecture and finished fifth. He set a new personal best of 16m44 on his fourth attempt, improving on his previous record. The result marked a strong showing for Miura at the national level.
