Shonan NewsKanade Mukai Places Fifth at Asian Jump Rope Championships in Hangzhou

Third-grade student Kanade Mukai of Chigasaki Municipal Chigasaki Elementary School represented Japan at the Jump Rope Asian Championships in Hangzhou, China, held July 31 to August 5. She said she was nervous but enjoyed competing against international athletes. Mukai placed fifth in her event while representing Japan abroad.
