Dried udon made from Chigasaki-grown wheat launched by Yoshino

Yoshino Masato, 67, of Chigasaki Dokkoi Farm, which practices pesticide-free and organic agriculture, has developed a dried udon noodle product using locally grown wheat. He has started manufacturing and selling the noodles to promote Chigasaki as an agricultural production area. The project highlights local, organically cultivated ingredients and aims to add value to regional farm products.
