16-year-old with hearing loss debuts as DJ, practicing from Hiratsuka base

COCOA (16, real name 村上心愛) is affiliated with UD Entertainment, led by Hitoshi Kitamura, which promotes sign-language dance from Akashicho, Hiratsuka City. Despite being hard of hearing, COCOA has become known as a DJ and continues to practice and promote inclusive performance activities from the Hiratsuka base.
