Ryojin Kinasu, 43, a resident of Shimoyamaguchi in Hayama, organized the Hayama Sound Cultural Exchange Festival to create a warm, welcoming place where language and borders are transcended through music. The program featured a wind orchestra invited from Lithuania, one of the Baltic states, alongside local performers including Hayama Junior High School. The event aimed to bring people together as one through sound and cultural exchange.
