A new outdoor basketball court has been completed at the multiuse plaza in Kamakura Kaigan Park’s Yuigahama district. The court was developed by the Maison Cacao Foundation, affiliated with Maison Cacao of Kamakura, which operates an aroma fresh-chocolate brand. The foundation said the facility is intended to serve as a place for children to spend time and gather, and local officials and residents welcomed the added recreational space.
