Kamakura's 2026 Enmusubi Card Usage Reaches 50%, Expires September 16

Kamakura City launched the 2026 Enmusubi Card on June 17 as part of measures to offset rising prices, distributing it to about 174,000 eligible residents. As of now, roughly half of recipients have used the card. The city warns that the card’s validity ends on Wednesday, September 16, and encourages residents to use remaining balances before that deadline.
