Chigasaki posts list of medical facilities that will continue care during disasters, marked by flags

Chigasaki City and three professional associations—the Chigasaki Medical Association, Chigasaki Dental Association, and Chigasaki Samukawa Pharmacists Association—have a cooperation agreement for emergency medical care and relief during large-scale disasters. The city’s website now lists member facilities and uses colored flags to indicate which services they will continue to provide in a disaster. The aim is to make it easier for residents and emergency responders to find clinics, dental offices, and pharmacies that remain open for treatment, first aid, or medication supply after a disaster.
