Kishima Hana, a sixth grader at Isshiki Elementary and member of the youth baseball team Zushi Olives, was chosen for the Kanagawa girls’ youth baseball selection YAMAYURI for the first time. Her team opened the tournament on August 22 with Kishima contributing as a small but powerful batter described as a “small cannon” who ignites the lineup. The selection reflects her performance in local play and offers her the opportunity to compete at the prefectural representative level.
