Hiratsuka city’s government, medical, and welfare sectors are collaborating to hold the Hiratsuka Orange Fest on Saturday, September 5, timed to Dementia Month. The event will open at 1:00 p.m. at the Hirashin Hiratsuka Cultural Arts Hall and offers free admission.
