Asahigaoka Junior High Table Tennis Team Qualifies for National Tournament

The girls table tennis club of Samukawa Town Asahigaoka Junior High School qualified to compete at the national middle school tournament taking place in Okayama Prefecture from August 21 to 24. This is the first time the club has reached the national level since its founding. The team, described as a “beginner team,” achieved the milestone through strong performances at qualifying events. Members expressed excitement and pride at earning the school’s inaugural national appearance.
