Yuzuki Nomaguchi of Shonandai Junior High was chosen for the Kanagawa prefectural select team, the Kanagawa Yamayuri Club, in the 11th All-Japan Junior High School Girls’ Rubber-Ball Baseball Tournament. The tournament is being held in Kyoto Prefecture, and Nomaguchi is scheduled to play her first game tomorrow. She is a third-year student and will represent Kanagawa at the national competition.
