Fujisawa Food Sanitation Association Urges Food Poisoning Prevention

The Fujisawa Food Sanitation Association, chaired by 宮崎曻, has put up a banner on the Fujisawa Station south exit pedestrian passage to raise awareness about preventing food poisoning. The banner will remain in place until August 31 (Monday) and highlights the association’s three basic rules for preventing food poisoning: avoid contaminating food, prevent bacteria from growing, and eliminate bacteria. The campaign aims to remind the public and food handlers to follow these simple measures during the high-risk summer season.
