The bestselling author of The Lion in the Cage, which compares a nation to a lion and a constitution to its cage, Handō Daiki will speak at Hiratsuka Citizen Activity Center. The event is scheduled for September 7 (Monday) in Conference Room B. The lecture is organized for local civic engagement and will be held at the center in Hiratsuka.
