Seven-room members-only hotel planned for former Kannonzaki Rest House site

Keihin Kyuko Dentetsu (京浜急行電鉄) and SANU, a company that operates shared vacation homes, plan to develop the former Kannonzaki Rest House site in Kanagawa Prefecture’s Kannonzaki Park in Yokosuka City’s Kamoi district. The planned facility will be a members-only hotel with a total of seven rooms and will be operated under a “second-home tourism” concept. The partners say the project aims to reuse the park-site facility while targeting longer-stay visitors and members seeking private, villa-like accommodations.
