Public Viewing and Sales at 'Shonan Pear' Competition

Producers from Samukawa Town, Ayase City, Ebina City, and Yamato City competed to show the quality of their handcrafted “Shonan Pears” at a judging event on August 18. The competition took place at Samukawa Town Civic Center and included public viewing and sales, with activities beginning at 12:30 p.m. and continuing into the afternoon. Visitors were able to see the entered fruits, purchase pears, and observe the judging of appearance and quality.
