Isamu Nishimoto, whose legal name is Isamu Nishimoto, relocated from Hiroshima to Chigasaki in October 2021 and now lives in the Serizawa district of Chigasaki City. The 74-year-old practices a range of artistic disciplines including painting and ceramics and seeks connections through art. In June he took part in activities at Gallery Kino, a café where artists gather, as part of his ongoing efforts to engage the local arts community.
