Furisode exhibition opens August 28 at SOGA costume room

A furisode exhibition will be held from August 28 to September 7 at the SOGA costume room in Samukawa Shrine’s assembly hall.
The exhibition takes place on the third floor of Samukawa Shrine’s assembly hall in the SOGA costume room from August 28 (Friday) through September 7 (Monday), with September 1 closed. Visiting hours are split into two sessions, 10:00–12:00 and 13:00–15:00. The display showcases furisode, traditional long-sleeved kimonos, allowing visitors to view and select what they call their “fateful” garment.
