Fujisawa municipal land sale opens for residents only in Shonandai

The Fujisawa City Development and Management Public Interest Incorporated Foundation is offering all eight lots exclusively to Fujisawa residents. The site in Shonandai is a 14-minute walk from the station and is being promoted for its strong transportation convenience, nearby shops, parks, and a children’s center. The program aims to encourage a second Fujisawa lifestyle for city residents by selling well-located building-ready plots.
