The event, titled “市民平和の夕べ,” took place on August 16 (Sunday) from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Hiratsuka City General Park, Oohara 1-1, and proceeded despite light rain. The gathering was organized to reaffirm the importance of peace and was held around the park’s Large Pond and the Mother Earth area.
