Tokiwa Kyōeikai is a merchants’ association stretching from the Shonan Monorail Shonan-Fukasawa Station area to the Tokiwa Yakumo Shrine near Kamakura Station West Exit. Hiroshi Tokumasu took the presidency in May 2026 and is working to strengthen the group’s appeal amid a declining membership.
