Iseyama Residents' Association Turns Vacant Home into Community Hub

The Iseyama Residents’ Association in the Chogo district launched the Iseyama Salon this fiscal year by repurposing a vacant private house to help older residents with shopping and provide a place for social interaction. The project is linked with an initiative to attract a mobile supermarket, creating a familiar local base for services and community gatherings. The salon is intended as both a practical support point for daily needs and a relaxed meeting spot to strengthen neighborhood ties.
