Shonan NewsOtsuka to Represent Nationwide in Korean Speech Contest
韓国語スピーチで全国へ 平塚湘風高の大塚さん
Jun Otsuka, a second-year student at Hiratsuka Shofu High School (Tamura), will appear in the 1st National Japanese High School Korean Speech Contest held by the Association of Heads of Korean Educational Institutions in Japan. The contest takes place on August 9 at Mejiro University Shinjuku Campus. Otsuka advanced from regional selection to represent competitors from across Japan.
