Lecture on the History of Japanese Surnames at Zengyo Trivia University

Zengyo Trivia University, led by Kataoka Nobuhiro, held its 327th lecture on August 16 in the Biochromato Hall on the third floor of Zengyo Civic Center. The theme was “Japanese surnames,” and the talk was given by a former Enoshima and Fujisawa municipal official. The event explored the origins and meanings of family names and invited local residents to learn about their own surname histories.
