A lecture titled “Food education is for adults! Ultra-simple meal methods to keep daily health” will introduce new knowledge about diet and nutrition for middle-aged and older adults. The event is on 6/19 from 14:00 to 16:00 at Fujisawa City Health Center, 3F Large Conference Room, free for up to 100 people who live, study, or work in Fujisawa City; registration deadline is 6/11 and video distribution will also be available.
