Boat cruising experiences, learning about waterfront safety and SDGs, and a tour inside Keihin Dock are offered at the event. The carnival runs from 10:00 to 15:30, will be canceled in severe weather, and boat cruises and the dock tour require advance registration by June 1. Food trucks will be on site.
